The ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy Training in Norway course provides experienced professionals and senior leaders with the ability to shape organizational strategy in the face of digital disruption. Evaluation Method

  • Delegates must complete in-course assignments, evaluated during the 3-day training.

  • A minimum score of 30 out of 40 is required to unlock the final exam.

  • Final Exam: 30 multiple-choice questions, passing score: 21

  • Successful completion grants the ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy certificate

A valid ITIL® 4 or ITIL® v3 Foundation certificate is required.
It is also highly recommended that delegates hold the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation before enrolling.
